On the morning of October 18th, all the leaders of our school and relevant persons in charge of General Office visited Xinglin College of Nantong University for investigation and exchange. Leaders of Party Committee of Xinglin College of Nantong University (Qidong Campus Administrative Committee) and the relevant persons in charge of the College Office attended the exchange meeting. The meeting was presided over by Benzhiqin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xinglin College of Nantong University.
Benzhiqin, on behalf of Xinglin college, extended a warm welcome to the leaders of our school. He hoped to take this opportunity to strengthen exploration and exchanges between the leaders of the two schools in optimizing and improving the governance system and governance capacity of independent colleges, promoting the deepening of education and teaching reform, and improving the quality of talent training. Zhu Xiaoyang, President of Xinglin College of Nantong University, introduced school’s history, current situation, teaching management, personnel training and education results of the college.
The two schools conducted in-depth exchanges on the management mechanism and system of independent colleges, high-quality development planning and measures of independent colleges, and the understanding and comprehension of the relationship with affiliated schools.
Du Daolin, President of our school, introduced our school’s basic situation. Cui Jingui, Secretary of the Party Committee of our school, believed that Xinglin College and Jingjiang College are highly similar in development origin, system and mechanism, school scale and talent training goals, and hoped to take this research as an opportunity to further learn and draw on the advanced experience of independent colleges in regulating school management.
