Huang Chen, CPC member, is from Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. His major was Vehicle Engineering in 2007. In the same year, he studied for the Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering from the School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering of Jiangsu University. In 2009, he was a doctoral candidate. During that time, he won the first prize of National Mathematical Contest in Modeling, governmental scholarships of Jiangsu Province, first-class scholarship, Merit Student, and Excellent Graduate of the University. He also published two papers in core journals. Currently, he is participating in one of the National Natural Science Foundation Project and presiding over a research project.
