Liu Sipei, born in February 1982, graduated from Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University in 1999 of international economic law. He is a law teacher in Jiangsu University, doctor of law graduated from Nanjing University, visiting scholar at Teesside University, director of China Business Law Society, executive director of Jiangsu Commercial Law Society, secretary of national 2011 collaborative innovation plan legal platform. As a project manager, he independently undertook 3 provincial and ministerial projects of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, National Bureau of Statistics of China and Jiangsu Provincial Universities philosophy and social fund project. As the main participants, he participated in 2 projects of National Social Science Fund and 5 projects of provincial and ministerial level. He also published a monograph: "key legal issues of China South Sea regional economic development" and a number of articles with some theoretical value and practical guidance in CSSCI journals and other Chinese core journals.
